GD100-PV series solar vfd drives are that INVT newly launches specially for solar pumping applications. Based on the original solar pump inverter products, which optimizes the usability and performance, and extends applicable voltage levels and power range of the product. The voltage level can be applied to single phase/three phase 220V, three phase 380V pumps, power range from 0.4kW to 110kW.

As standard Emotron VSM is rated for heavy duty and has built-in brakechopper meaning it is suitable for variety of industrial applications. With its multi-step frequency and variety of acceleration and deceleration curves VSM can be easily adapted to follow different speed profiles as per process requirement. The built-in potentiometer on the keypad makes it user friendly and eliminates the needs to external potentiometers thereby saving cost and improving reliability for the OEMs. Apart from hardwired communication, VSM also has Modbus 485 communication as standard enabling it to be controlled from plant control system.

Crimping terminals are insulated.Use crimping terminals with insulation sleeves to wire the power supplyand the motor.-The wiring between the power supply (R/L1, S/L2, T/L3) and the motor (U, V, W) iscorrect.Application of power to the output terminals (U, V, W) of the inverter willdamage the inverter. Never perform such wiring. 37No wire offcuts are left from the time ofwiring.Wire offcuts can cause an alarm, failure or malfunction. Always keep theinverter clean.When drilling mounting holes in an enclosure etc., take caution not toallow chips and other foreign matter to enter the inverter.-The main circuit cable gauge is correctlyselected.Use an appropriate cable gauge to suppress the voltage drop to 2% orless.If the wiring distance is long between the inverter and motor, the voltagedrop in the main circuit will cause the motor torque to decrease especiallyduring the output of a low frequency.41The total wiring length is within thespecified length.Keep the total wiring length within the specified length.In long distance wiring, charging currents due to stray capacitance in thewiring may degrade the fast-response current limit operation or cause theequipment on the inverter's output side to malfunction. Pay attention tothe total wiring length.41Countermeasures are taken against EMI.The input/output (main circuit) of the inverter includes high frequencycomponents, which may interfere with the communication devices (suchas AM radios) used near the inverter. In such case, activate the EMC filter(turn ON the EMC filter ON/OFF connector) to minimize interference.
